Our take on the classic White Lady cocktail

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1oz Gin (We love Aviation Gin)

• 0.5oz Cointreau (or other orange liquior)

• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

• 1oz Lemon Juice (about 1/2 a lemon)

• 1oz Egg White (1 egg white)

• 1 Cup Ice

Recipe

1. Prepare your intended glass with a large ice cube

2. Without adding the ice, combine the Gin, Cointreau, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, and Egg White in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds

3. Add the ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-20 seconds

4. Using a bar strainer (if available, otherwise you can just use a regular sieve or just pour straight) pour the mixed cocktail into your prepared glass

5. Enjoy!
