Mango Piña Colada

Time: 20 Minutes
Yield: 4 Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pineapple, peeled, cut into small (~1 inch) pieces, and frozen

  • 1 Mango, peeled, cut into small (~1 inch) pieces, and frozen

  • Juice of 1 Lime

  • 1/2 Can (7.5oz) Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

  • 9oz Spiced Rum

  • 1 1/2 Cups of Ice

Recipe

  1. Prepare the Pineapple and Mango, juice the Lime, and open the can of coconut cream

  2. Add all of the ingredients into the blender (including the Ice and Rum)

  3. Blend until smooth - you may have to help it along by stirring or adding a little more liquid (lime juice or cream of coconut preferred). You can do this in batches to simplify the process

  4. Return the blended mixture to the freezer for 15 minutes if it is too liquid-y

  5. Pour in your favorite glass (ideally a traditional hurricane glass topped with an umbrella!)

  6. Enjoy!
