Time & Yield

Time: 20 Minutes
Yield: 2 Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 3oz Lemon Juice

  • 3oz Gin

  • 6oz Club Soda or Sparkling Water

Recipe

  1. Make the simple syrup by adding the granulated sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then let cool and pour into a glass jar (when done with use, seal tightly with a lid and it will keep refrigerated for about a month)

  3. Combine Gin (3oz), Lemon Juice (3oz), and 1oz of your simple syrup in a cocktail shaker

  4. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds

  5. Prepare a glass with a single large cube of ice

  6. Pour the cocktail over ice, then top off with club soda

  7. Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
